Kristin Fontichiaro is a clinical assistant professor and coordinator of the school library media program at the University of Michigan School of Information. She is the author of several professional books, including Active Learning Through Drama, Podcasting, and Puppetry and Podcasting at School and co-author of Story Starters and Science Notebooking: Developing Student Thinking Through Literacy and Inquiry. She is the editor of 21st-Century Learning in School Libraries (Libraries Unlimited, 2009). She also writes informational texts for middle grade readers. Judi Moreillon, Ph.D., assistant professor in the School of Library and Information Studies, Texas Woman's University, Denton, has served as a school librarian at every instructional level. In addition, she has been a classroom teacher, literacy coach, and district-level librarian mentor. Judi teaches courses in instructional partnerships, multimedia resources and services, children's literature, and storytelling. Her research agenda focuses on the professional development of school librarians for the leadership and instructional partner roles. She is the co-recipient of the 2011 AASL Research Grant, and her research interests include the educational preparation of school librarians and digital storytelling. Rebecca has a professional background as an elementary classroom teacher and middle school librarian.
